Being a 70 y.o newbie, I have a few questions.
I am not looking to gain size r girth,ny to keep what I have. I began to "turtle" a few months back, and being cicumcised, lok like I'm growing another foreskin.

You will stretch over your penis and allow the silisleeve to accommodate that stretch. No need to prestretch. Some powder helps with getting it on if you need. Are you planning on any exercise or simply using the sleeve?

You do not wto wear a sleeve after pumping you want to apply a cock ring for about 2 hours. Use the sleeve after lengthwork for a few hours.
