joe if I may ask what was your routine that allowed you to gain so fast?
My routine is as follows. I find i can wear the golf weights for 3-4 hours straight before I have to reapply some lotion and re-wrap. I try and do a minimum of 300 kegel a day but I shoot for 1000. When I get home at night I hang 10lbs for 1-2 hours in 15-20 min secessions.
