How long do I need to use cock ring

Hi guys! I am new to here. I am doing 5*5*3 now. And I use the cock ring after I did the exercise. I currently use the silicone ring in the pic. But I am not quite sure about how long do I need to wear it. I looked up the previous post and didn't find exact answer. Can you give me some advice?

Minimum is 45 minutes. Average is 60 minutes. Optimal is as long as you can.

But, make sure to squeeze out the old blood after 5 minutes, or 10 minutes top. This is to prevent blood clotting factor from creating havocs down the road. But some brothers will say differently on the time limit. Just know that medical sciences say not to stagnate the blood more than 5 minutes at a time.
