How important is tension for ADS?

A question that’s been on my mind for while is how much of an importance tension is for ADS when using a vacuum style device.
Is more tension/stretch better or is it more about just keeping the penis elongated/stretched and you don’t need alot of tension at all?

And how of much a difference in results is to use an ADS devise that gives tension (phallosan, silistretcher etc.) than just doing a basic penis wrap/silicone sleeve?

Think, active stretching AND healing elongated (ADS, penis elongation wrap or sleeve).

My question is specificly about ADS after you’ve done your active stretch session (LM, Hanging and so on).
So I own a Phallosan Forte, when I slip into that it adds some tension and depending on how tight I strap the belt I can adjust the tension/stretch of the device from low to high.
When I slip into a Silisleeve it just keeps me elongated but barely any tension at all.

So does the tension/stretch/force of different types of ADS matter at all and what is difference in result using a vacuum style vs penis wrap? Or is it just about keeping the penis elongated and tension doesn’t really matter?

Okey then I understand. ADS is about keeping the tissue elongated, more elongated then a penis elongation wrap or a sleeve. You want the tissue to heal in an elongated state, not hard stretched for hours. You know this.

But if you stretch your tissue a little more further then a wrap or sleeve can provide, with an ADS (without stretching the tissue to hard). You should see faster gains.

It's amazing that you can use the Phallosan forte. I could not use it at all.

Well the Phallosan is a bit flawed and I’m not really happy about it but I payed a fuckload of money for it so here I am . I’m eyeing the Silistretcher, but I just ordered the Mityvac pump so when my wallet feels ready I think I’m gonna buy that one.

How does your ADS routine look like and what do you use if you don’t mind me asking?

Yes! I just threw my Phallosan forte into the garbage. It was just like throwing my money into a fire.

I have used this, for the majority of my length gains:
I wear this all day long when I'm not stretching.
My penis elongation wrap.
The benefits of this wrap is that your penis gets Semi-erected from time to time during the day, especially if you do Kegels with the wrap on. I believe this have been a necessary factor in cementing my length gains.

I’m gonna give that a whirl, just hope I have the skills to create a good looking wrap as you can.
I really need something for when I’m at work and Vacuum devices are though to stay hidden in my work pants.
