How important is hanging? I’ve never done hanging because I don’t wanna risk injury. What’re the benefits and how much should you start with? Also how much length is gained from hanging?
Hanging is a good form of gaining length But in my opinion it’s good to have a few different exercises or tools for length work to keep things moving and fun.
