I just wanted to share this with my brothers on MOS. I still mostly hang with the LM, compression. But lately I've been doing vacuum hanging with a bell setup, I do have the sillistretcher first gen and second gen.
In a picture, I don't have shown, I first put my penis head in a pretty tight duro sleeve about an inch long and just a very tip of my penis is showing. This makes it to be more firm into the vacuum. You usually do not want a lot of space into the sillistretcher. So maybe, adding a inch of sleeve directly on your head can make it more of a firm fit, this is extremely important. This also limits water retention and chance of blisters. sometimes I add a penis cap like the picture shown, but usually just a inch long duro over the head is good enough.
I then strap in the bell with a rolled up sleeve, I roll the sleeve over my semi erect state, that's important to be semi erect in vacuum hanging, makes it much more easier to get firmly inside the vacuum device, then I roll the penis over my semi erect penis. I then vacuum the air out, then put a second sleeve over the first one. Now usually this is enough to hang, but shown in the picture I also add another about inch of duro sleeve on the bottom to add extra support. Guys, I easily hang 15 lb with this. I don't go heavier because right now 15 is where I'm at, but I have no doubt I could do 20 with this. I just wanted to share this with mos, this is an extremely comfortable setup. I hardly feel the 15 lb at all. Also, I usually don't go over 20 minute increments. 30 minute increments your head takes a beating turns purple doesn't look good not good. 20 minutes with massaging in between, makes it easy.
