How hard to pull

Hi can someone tell me how hard to pull?
because once I pulled it made a clicking sound so since then I have been abit scared to pull it abit hard.

I get lig pops all the time. From 7 BPenis EnlargementL to 8 BPenis EnlargementL I'm all right with them! Just don't hurt yourself.

slight discomfort may be okay but not pain...

Its a lig pop like others have said, your cool as long as you experience no pain.
