How Does SRT Prevent Plateaus?

The SRT seems to ramp up the intensity quite fast -- where does the progression come in over the long-term or continue to keep away from plateaus?

For length work, is it just using progressively more traction on the ADS and more manual strength on the LM?

For girth work, is it just using progressively larger pump sizes with more pressure?

For the length master, when you hit a plateaus, switch to bundled expressive stretching, it will bring any plateaus. For girth, you need to main a certain level of high pressure pumping combined with constant erection inside the pump and Kegel inside the pump too.
