How do you report spammers?

I keep getting PMs from spammers on here. How do I report them?

I have been deleting and banning these all of today, it's 16.40PM here.

Press on "Report". Do not write about it in the thread. It's better to press on the Report button. It's easier to clean up the spam that way.
