How do I insert a picture directly in post?

Hey DLD (or anyone who may know):

How do I put a picture right in the body of my post? Like instead of having it embedded at the end of the page as a link, how do I have the actual picture show in the body of my text? For side by side comparisons?

this is how follow the pic
same thing click again and folow pic instruction it adds another pic in line
