I want to know if it's ok to mix them together or if I have to give up on or the other.
Currently my routine is:
10min basic stretches 30seconds on each side
Hanging 2.5kgs (2x 20mins)
200 Jelqs
Phallosan Forte plus (with SG base and rods at 1200grams tension) for 8-10hrs
Later in the evening:
200 Jeqls
10mins Bathmate
Phallosan Forte ADS (the tension is the green colour) for 3-5hrs.
Workout days:
5Days a week, Rest on Wednesday and Sunday
