I'm 5"11 and about 155lbs, physically i'm pretty blessed, I have been drinking heavily over the last month or so and eating a lot of chocolate, so for the first time in my life i do have a small amount I can pinch , back on the cardio now to get rid of it, 13.5km on the bike tonight
mine at the moment is .6" ..i sprained my ankle though..the past week I haven't been doing anything at all, i've gained about 2 lbs in a week..going from 3 hours of running to nothing is not good..but anyway..
