homemade stretcher question?

i cant remember where i saw it at. it was a round foam with velcro on it and you cut it to a certain length and as you grow just cut some extra pieces and place at the base. any thoughts on this i am going to try and see how it goes.

There was one that used hose insulation. The fact is it's hard to get this sort of stuff to actually work consistently and reliably.

I made my own but not like this. The noose doesn't work for me though.

Isn't it easier just to grab a FastSize? I had someone make me a pretty good quality homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but it did not come close to the FastSize in quality and intensity.
