high mW/cm² wrap or pad

i am looking for near infrared wrap or pad only
with high mW/cm² more then 250
small size for sure
all in market are fake they are not measuring with optical power sensors, they are using solar spectrum meters witch are not accurate and not deep irradiance

Sorry to say, brother, but most of the wrap types are all underpowered. Nothing allows you to have that kind of high power without the massive panels. I have the panel type, and even that is barely at power level my family needs.
