Hope all is well.
Im looking at working on some size enhancement to an average penis...
I will also be doing a monthly thread with updates.
Firstly i have no clue of tools or manual techniques to be used, and im hoping being 34 doesnt effect my chances of size change too much.

Please post and give me the best options !

You can create gains by manual work (stretching, jelqing), however devices can support you on your PE journey.
With 34 you're in the best age and it doesn't have any effects for PE if you're 20,30,40,50,60 or even 70 years old :)

What I'd also recommend you is to measure your actual size and note it down, maybe even do measurement pictures for yourself, so as soon as you're gaining, you can see the difference and see what changed!

I have serious size differences depending on how long its been or how im feeling!
Can usually sit at around 7-half on a good day!

For sizes we mostly talk about erect size here, I'm linking you the measurement details below:

You want to measure:
BPFSL
(bone pressed flaccid stretched length)
BPEL (bone pressed erect length)
NBPEL (none bone pressed erect length)
EG (erect girth) - base (near body) mid (midshaft) top (below the glans)
FL (flaccid length)
FG (flaccid girth) - base (near body) mid (midshaft) top (below the glans)

Flaccid length & girth can vary throughout the day because of temperature, stress, feeling and so on.
Here you can measure it 3-5 times a day and then note down the average of it :)

As you're growing your dick sooner or later, flaccid size will also improve.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
