I'm of 56 years and have a NBPEL (measuring from top of my fat pad?) of 5 1/2 x 5 1/4, it's always really good, solid and stays up for a long time, maybe due to me being physically fit by doing a mix of strength and endurance training, not being a smoker or drinker. Tried x4 some years back, but due to a poor flaccid size the strap mechanism didn't ever work. Use a Total Man vacuum for a time, seemed much better for me, but the system was clunky and I was moving around for work, so never got into it properly. Saw some good reviews on the Penimaster Pro, so I purchased and am waiting on it to turn up. Would love to hear from anyone with tips and advice.

That device is going to frustrate you until you give up. You don't need to spend more than 1 hour daily working on length. What you need is a length master. You will gain 2.5 inches to 3 inches in a 1 year period. Respond to this message and I will give you more information.
