Hey @DLD I was wondering if you can explain DLD blasters and how I can perform them with my phallison forte? Appreciate it yo. I under stand you’re supposed to do kegels while pointing down along with reverse kegels, same with pointing straight up. My concern and question is how many kegels straight down and for how many seconds? And how many reverse kegels straight down and for how many seconds? Same with straight up, how many and how many seconds per kegel. Btw I’m a newbie with only a phallison forte device on my person. And do you think DLD blasters alone can help with gains over time? They look really intense and seem to be cream of the crop for length gains from what I can see cause they target all areas of the penis including the PC muscles. I’m hoping they will and do!!! Good feedback would be highly appreciated…
