Hey everyone, just checking in with an update.
After completing my 5x5x3 manual routine along with 15 minutes of semi-intense clamping, I'm excited to say I've reached over 5.5 inches in mid-shaft erection girth. While clamped, I measured between 5.6 and 5.7 inches mid-shaft.
As for pumping, I’ve been gradually increasing the pressure with my air pump—currently working between 5 to 6 hg, with the pump maxing out at 7.5 hg. Overall, I’ve noticed a reduction in edema compared to before, which is definitely encouraging.
