Been into PE for several yrs but I’m super motivated this time around here’s my routine tell me what you think. I’m 3 weeks in and all my PI are good, wake up with good boners everyday, 7 days on no rest days
Everyday I do these stretches
3x 5 minute sets low pressure pump to warm up 3-4 hg
3 sets of bundled stretches both directions
3-5 1 min sets all directions by the head
3-5 sets 1 minute stretches from the base
10x 1 minute sets errect stretches
Mon-wed-fri girth
15 min jelq
5 min uli
Done in AM, length in PM
LAS every day prob 2-4 hrs worth total I’d say
I started July 26th and have gone 7 days a week no rest, however I am taking the weekend off because I feel I need it. I think most initial gains people report are just their absolute current potential length and width wise. I’m maxed out @ 6.5 BPEL and 5.0 EG. short term is 7BPEL and 1 yr goal is 8, sorry if I posted this in the wrong section
