Hello to anyone reading this
I have been doing PE for over 2 years now. I started at around 6.25 inches NBPEL and gained about 3/4 of an inch, as I am now consistently 7 inches NBPEL and can reach 7.2 inches NBPEL if I’m extremely hard, but I think this must be a newbie gain possibly combined with a late growth spurt as it only occurred after the first few months of PE. I measure in NBPEL because the usable/visible length is more important to me, but I think I’m around 7.75 inches BPEL and could possibly reach over 8. I haven’t been measuring girth because it’s not my priority, but I would guess that it’s increased a tiny bit. However, I’ve been stuck at this length for a long time now, and I’m wondering why I can’t seem to gain anymore.
To be fair, I didn’t have a super consistent daily routine until a few months ago, when things slowed down and everyone was locked inside. This has been my routine for a while now:
-morning stretching session (3 or 4 sets, 30 seconds for each exercise):
1) warm up for 10 minutes with a rice sock
2) stretching outward in front, then to the right, upwards, left, followed by a V-stretch and then a sort of base V-stretch (where my non-stretching hand is around the base-apologies because I don’t know what this is called.)
3) stretching out over my wrist and then under my wrist (apologies again!)
-then I wear my traction device for at least 8 hours, sometimes closer to 10 hours.
-night stretching session: same as morning stretching session except I spend 30-40 mins jelqing afterwards.
I follow this routine every day and take at least Sunday and sometimes part of Saturday off. For example this week I wasn’t getting very hard erections and I felt a little worn out so I took today and yesterday off. Before anyone says that I’m over-training, I’ve been at this for a couple years now and had times when I felt I was doing too little and still not seeing any gains, and I also don’t do the morning session every day- sometimes I skip that.
Does anyone have any advice for me to make the gain to 8 inches NBPEL or any ideas as to why I haven’t been gaining? Is it that I need to keep doing my routine and be patient, or are there any adjustments I should make? Thanks
