Help getting to 8 inches NBPEL

Hello to anyone reading this

I have been doing PE for over 2 years now. I started at around 6.25 inches NBPEL and gained about 3/4 of an inch, as I am now consistently 7 inches NBPEL and can reach 7.2 inches NBPEL if I’m extremely hard, but I think this must be a newbie gain possibly combined with a late growth spurt as it only occurred after the first few months of PE. I measure in NBPEL because the usable/visible length is more important to me, but I think I’m around 7.75 inches BPEL and could possibly reach over 8. I haven’t been measuring girth because it’s not my priority, but I would guess that it’s increased a tiny bit. However, I’ve been stuck at this length for a long time now, and I’m wondering why I can’t seem to gain anymore.

To be fair, I didn’t have a super consistent daily routine until a few months ago, when things slowed down and everyone was locked inside. This has been my routine for a while now:

-morning stretching session (3 or 4 sets, 30 seconds for each exercise):
1) warm up for 10 minutes with a rice sock
2) stretching outward in front, then to the right, upwards, left, followed by a V-stretch and then a sort of base V-stretch (where my non-stretching hand is around the base-apologies because I don’t know what this is called.)
3) stretching out over my wrist and then under my wrist (apologies again!)

-then I wear my traction device for at least 8 hours, sometimes closer to 10 hours.

-night stretching session: same as morning stretching session except I spend 30-40 mins jelqing afterwards.

I follow this routine every day and take at least Sunday and sometimes part of Saturday off. For example this week I wasn’t getting very hard erections and I felt a little worn out so I took today and yesterday off. Before anyone says that I’m over-training, I’ve been at this for a couple years now and had times when I felt I was doing too little and still not seeing any gains, and I also don’t do the morning session every day- sometimes I skip that.

Does anyone have any advice for me to make the gain to 8 inches NBPEL or any ideas as to why I haven’t been gaining? Is it that I need to keep doing my routine and be patient, or are there any adjustments I should make? Thanks

What are your exact measurements now? How much time can you invest every day in a routine? Do you have privacy to do more than one working in a day? Do you own any equipment or tools? Let me know these answers and I can help you put together a very solid routine

Hey DLD, thank you! My final goal size is 8 inches nbpel. Right now I measure 7.2 inches nbpel at full erection. I couldn't give you an exact bpel measurement but I think it's about 8. I haven't measured the girth since it isn't my concern yet, but I would also like to increase it a bit if possible. I can invest as much time as possible into a routine, but I wouldn't want to do more than 2 hours of manual work a day ideally. I do have privacy starting this Wednesday, but until then I only have it every morning from 10 AM to 12 PM. After Wednesday I can do more than one session a day. The only equipment I own is a traction device. I used to own a cheap pump but it broke after a few sessions, and I'd rather not spend any more money on PE. Thanks for your help in advance!
 
I would start with the newbie routine for the first 3 to 4 weeks so you can gain all the newbies gains people make. After this we can start to implement more of the SRT methodology into your routine. I do not want you to become inundated so stick with the way the routine is written for now.

Do you recommend doing the routine twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, or just once a day instead? Also, how much time do you think I should spend in the traction device?

Recently measured...still at 7.1 inches nbpel ?. What the heck am I doing wrong?? I’ve been doing the newbie routine (including bundled stretches) every day at least once and taking a day off once a week in order to avoid fatigue...still nothing
 
7.1 nbpel that's a great size n don't be scared to gain cause actually is pretty hard to gain LOL (at least for me), maybe lack of intensity.Whats your routine ?

Thanks, still trying though. I’m following the newbie routine that DLD posted except I’m not doing the kegels, so it could be my erection quality but honestly it doesn’t seem or feel like it to me as that’s always been pretty good I’m still only 21. Could be lack of intensity but I also feel like I’ve been going pretty hard at it ?. Starting to wonder if PE will ever really work for me or if the newbie gains are all I’ll ever have

Don’t skip Kegels because they work to bring more size to your penis. With excellent EQ you’ll have an excellent measurement. If you continue to feel as though you’re not making any growth after maybe 60 days we can try something new.
