Help finding a IR Lamp(Infrared)

I bought one of these a while ago www.hollywoodbeautysecrets.com with the intention of getting rid of acne scars.
It works great on wrinkles for older people although I don't need this yet if you goggle images "red light therapy" you can find awesome results from using better systems than this one.
 
I was thinking about picking up a large one to aid in better self being and a happier life...there is quite a bit of information of the positive benefits.
