Hello,

I am embarking upon a journey of PE for the next 4 years which will coincide with my body transformation goals in the gym leaving me with an amazing physique and dick!

Starting measurements 2024 - 7 BPEL X 5 MSEG. 78KG 6'2.

GOAL: 2028 8 BPEL X 6 MSEG. 90KG 10-12% BF.

I have set a realistic goal to gain around 0.25 INCH in girth and length a year on average, this will keep me motivated as my expectations are low but the end result will still be great.

Will measure every 6 months. Current routine is manual stretches & Bathmate Hydro 7 one day and the SRT girth programme the next.

Will see how far this gets me but then will be open to purchasing the length master once I plateau then the sleeves / rings and red light therapy etc - but right now I want to keep it simple.
 
Welcome brother. Keep us posted on your routines and progress in the member's routine and progress section. If we see something out of phases or you have your own questions and need answers for your specific needs, we are all here to help you to grow. We grow along side with you as everyone has different needs for personal progresses. We may be using a base set of routines, but each of us branch off into a more unique set of routines as we observe for growth.
