Feel free to ask those questions. The SRT is a good package but it can take a moment to get it truly.
I go through it from time to time and still I might catch a thing that my mind might have forgotten.

Do you have specific goals in mind? How about your schedule, how much can you do daily PE? Rest days are alright, some need to go full-on everyday but others might find 1 on, 1 off method suitable.
A lot of it is about listening to your body and getting accustomed to certain new feelings.

Lurk around but don't feel shy to participate! :) Looking forward to your gains.

Thank you so much for reading through those threads! The two threads that you have read through give you all the information you will ever need to know about gaining size. It took me a good 10 to 12 years to put SRT together and I’m still working on it today. It is the best routine possible as it takes in consideration everything that I have learned and have been taught over my 17 years in these forums. So any questions you have please just ask that’s what we’re here for to help you. God bless you!

Thanks! Looking to gain 1"-1.5" in erect length and .25" in girth. Have done well with past growth, but did lose nearly .75" in non cemented gains after a break this summer. I had amazing newbie gains really. 5.75"BPEL 10/2017 7.9"BPEL 6/2018 holding around 7.1"BPEL 6.25" mid girth. So, want to surpass 8" and hit 6.5" girth. Used mainly size genetics, jelquing, and basic stretches.
I reached out to @DLD a few months back and he suggested SRT due to having most the hardware. I don't really understand much past the first couple weeks. So I'm doing what I know and understand.
I do most my work in the morning. Mainly basic directional stretches with lengthmaster. And bathmate a couple times a week.
I have a desk job, so I can keep an UT wrap or SizeGenetics most the day. Little time in evening. And little time on weekends.

Everything you’re doing sounds good and on point I would just make a change in the way you are pumping and go by the SRT 5×5×3 routine. This will give your pumping routine more structure, much better tissue expansion, and much less fluid retention. I would also suggest that you do at least five minutes of bundled stretching before your routine to prime your Tunica to except more elongation or expansion.

Here is my current program. Mornings Mon-Fri, morning shower, warm up hot water 2-3 minutes, LRC/Up|middle|down 30 seconds x3, UT wrap after shower. When possible, after arriving to work I put on the sizegenetics with wrap and keep on for about an hour. Unwrap for an hour, then wrap and sizegenetics for another hour alternating with hour breaks until end of day. I do little after getting home. At bedtime I'll shower and use my bath mate with cock ring. This is usually 2-3 nights a week. EQ has been the biggest issue with BM at night. Most nights I wrap loosely at sleep. Saturday and Sunday are completely rest. Only supplement is L-Arginine

Plan on adding bundled stretching and changing bath mate to 553 per DLD's recommendation.

I guess if I'm sticking to the SRT method, what is my next step?
 
The 5x5x3 routine with the Bathmate is great! And yes, bundled stretching as well.

Overall looking quite good; supplemental wise I might switch to L-Citrulline if that's possible, but L-Arginine is alright as well. (I just felt that L-Citrulline kicked in harder with a lower dosage compared to L-Arginine with much higher dosage.)

Remember to do your Kegels. If possible, you can do a low intensity Kegel routine during the week when you're doing PE and while you're resting from "bigger" PE during the weekend, at some harder reps.
Kegels are great for EQ, it's good to do reverse ones as well.

Bundled stretches are very important as I have already told you so I’m glad you’re also going to incorporate them. I would also suggest getting in some erect stretching 2 to 3 times a week for about 10 minutes.

I agree with Ark on the Kegels get in as many as you can as they will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and help you achieve gains much faster. They will also help you with longevity in the bed. I also recommend the testicle Health massage and stretch as this really helps with flaccid hang.

The next step in SRT would be picking up a Lengthmaster and implementing that into your routine taking the place of your stretching.

I mistyped above. I am doing the LCR/UMD with the lengthmaster. I started using that about a month after starting to experimemt with the program.

What brand of Citrulline are you using? Are using Citrulline malate? I'm looking for citrulline malate capsules, but not a lot to choose from. I do see L-Citrulline capsules. However 2 articles I read suggested citulline malate (malic acid) has the added benefit of bringing more blood due to TCA cycle.* I'm just not a fan of "drinks".

Well, on the linked article it says to go for Citrulline Malate. I had just L-Citrulline. It doesn't have a strong taste when mixed into juice for example.
I'm not currently using L-Citrulline, but I did use it and it did have good qualities.

You can use the L-Arginine until it's almost over and then perhaps invest in L-Citrulline, it's up to you. Both supplements have certain good qualities, I just really liked how little I needed L-Citrulline compared to L-Arginine, cost effective wise. ;)

You did not do this with our table on our forum, how did you get such beautiful tables? I’m very impressed. Your exercise routines are hard to read on my phone . I’m gonna try to look at it on my computer to get a better view to give better advice.

Yes it’s working now, thank you so much. It looks extremely thorough and very organized I think you’re going to do very well with this. I would also ask you to upload a JPEG of the PDF for those who can’t access PDFs.
