Feel free to ask those questions. The
SRT is a good
package but it can take a moment to get it truly.
I go through it from time to time and still I might catch a thing that my mind might have forgotten.
Do you have specific goals in mind? How about your schedule, how much can you do daily PE? Rest days are alright, some need to go full-on everyday but others might find 1 on, 1 off method suitable.
A lot of it is about listening to your body and getting accustomed to certain new feelings.
