I'm new inside this forum but my PE journey has begun earlier, around the start of June.

Being brutally honest is my personal rule to maintain my PE self-accountability in check, therefore, I will may appear too arrogant in the way I portray myself here, but I genuinely only have respect for the members of this forum, especially the moderators, the legends and DLD himself.

Why

Face, height, frame, muscle insertions, hair, my body is close to being perfect, but my dick is 13.5 cm / 5.3 inches erected and 10cm / 3.6 inches flaccid.

It's not inside the micro penis zone but below average, which is way worse than you may think, I can't stand being an Italian stallion that can't make a chick cum beside using his tongue.

PE routine

Considering my length my idea is to reach the 18cm / 7 inches mark before doing any girth routine

1) DLD's 30 min manual stretching routine + 10 min stick assisted stretching from The legend @squirt_inducer_man

2) Fixed ADS minimum 1 x 2h session (sometimes I have time to do 2 of them)

3) DLD's Hanger Begginer 10/6/4 Minute Sets
Set one: 3 pounds
Set two: 4 pounds
Set three: 5 pounds

4) During work, gym, going out etc I wrap up my dick to maintain the after exercises stretch with bandages

5) During sleep I use a soft silly sleeve to avoid turtling

Any advice or suggestions?

Hey now. Your dimension is similar to where I was a few decades ago. It doesn't take long to get past 16cm in length. I did it in less than a year. You can do too. That is considered as the low end of the gains. You can go to 18cm if you want. It's very possible within a year. It's all about self discipline.

To be a stallion, why not go for the ultimate gold of 20cm (~8in) length and 16.5cm (6.5in) girth. That's within the modern day golden ratio.
