Healing of penis tears

Ok i overdone it on the penis extending -overdone it with the tension(skin tear is at the base part) and it hurts like damnn but not the makes me winch feel. Any ointment or healing protocol for this?

Also i just knew that i can workout while wearing a penis extender at low tension. Feels good tho

Is the tear of the frenulum, the connected tissues between the glans and the shaft? If that's so, best to allow a week or two of healing before you push it further. Normally, the bacitracin ointment is more than enough. If you want to expedite healing, use red light therapy on top to shave a few days off for healing. Make sure the red light is powerful enough and not the cheap versions.

For the penis extender, if it's comfortable at 1.5lbs of traction tension, increase slowly to 2.5lbs. The optimal growth is at 2.5lbs. Anything higher than that, there's a diminishing return rate.
