Head redness and scabbing from suction of PeniMaster Pro

I have been using PeniMasterPro for about 2.5 months now. A small amount of progress but have run into many issues.

The biggest issue I am facing is that the PMP seriously deforms the head of my penis (enlarged by a factor of 1.5-2x after using the device for 2-3 hours). The size of the head returns to normal within a few hours, but the damage to the skin remains. The top half of the head of the penis is extremely red/purplish and scabs start to develop - see photos.

It doesn't hurt when stretching ( although coming in and out of the suction cup device is painful to the head). The penis head is hypersensitive for the few hours after using the device to the point where I'm somewhat immobile since walking around causes the head of the penis rubs to rub against underwear, which is very uncomfortable.

I took a week off from using the device and the skin gradually healed (dead skin flaked off) but head was still red. The redness/scabbing immediately returned after restarting my routine.

I thought my penis would acclimate to the stimulation, but it doesn't appear to be (to the suction, that is; the stretching itself is fine). What are my options here? Can I wear something over the head of my penis to protect it when inside the suction chamber?

I don't want to permanently damage or scar my head.

I had little red top head of my penis but I started to not suck all in till inside is no air so bottom part when stretching I can barely see and I noticed that he don’t get red anymore maeby head of your penis is to big for device. And putting in and out gives pain? That I only noticed when I only spit as lube on head and inside and while using only lube he was sometimes loose from device so I spit a little bit inside and I put little bit of lube on entry point of device so he can easy glide in and also I put some lube on head to glide in and he never went out since I do so. And also I make breaks after 1- 1,5h so he can a bit rest. Maeby reduce pulling force for some time to see where is the problem ? Put him in device without stretch for 1-2h and check if he’s getting red then put lower stretch for 1-2h and check but first let him cure for 5-7 days. And maeby stretch him only during hot shower or bath for few minutes only.
