Head enlargement

So I have done fillers once and got great results and pumping helps with length and now I’m seeing some girth more from pumping. My head no has not increased so wondering how to do that so that my head is larger.

Head squeezes are very effective. You simply kegel as much blood into your head while erect. Hold blood there for 60 seconds before squeezing it out them go again. 10 minutes a day will show very good results
 
I didn’t /wouldn’t use fillers on my glans. I have not heard anything good about it’s so I wanted to see what y’all had. Sounds like a good exercise above
