Okey I think I know how to interpret this now.
I dont see any value with light stretching. Light stretching is only massage. And I don't know if this is going to do anything.

If you want to work on girth do the, Girth Program: 5x5x3
The best method is to separatete girth work and lengthwork.

Not really what I am trying to say.

To me , light stretch is de-turtle. medium stretch is more for length and hard stretch is more of a mix of girth and length.

Many people have said that their gains from hanging (mechanical tension) was more 60% length 40 % girth

But pumping should be superior if you want to work on girth?, even if you get girth from hanging. Maybe if you do not want to go so aggressive in length, this could be of some use?

I'll admit that I am not writing this very well. I am not necessarily talking about trying to gain girth.

The weight on the rope is producing mechanical tension on the rope (don't read any more into that. It was the best example I could find quickly). The same as hanging. I have heard other people talk about not using too much weight with hanging b/c it will only result in a stronger penis which could make the penis harder to stretch.

I have had better PE length results from light stretching (Extender, Stealth de-turtle). Hard stretching and hanging works girth more than length (For me.) It may be b/c the smooth muscle is getting stronger and or producing hypertrophy
