Hard defined vein like lump ?

right after pumping I noticed a line under my penis just before the head, it was a lump that felt like a hard vein then slowly went away but I don’t think it was a ven because it was still hard when I was less erect it’s has mostly subsided now but can still feel where it’s at. Also have some glans soreness on right side but I’m not sure it’s related.
Thoughts?

Hydro-pumping or air/dry pumping?

Water, but I did try a few minutes dry before my actual workout just to see what it was like. But I didn’t have a lot of pressure on the unit

I’m wondering if my veins are changing due to 10 days of pumping Is it possible to gain more large veins when pumping? Makes sense to me

Hard questions you have. Have never thought of that. But the lump can be some water retention? Indeed you are going to see more vascularity in your penis. More veins...like your penis went through a workout. The same look your arms get when pumping them up in the gym.

I also have water retention around my circumcision but it’s soft and squishy. This thing was super hard and felt like a vein. But I was shocked at how big and defined it was.

Okey. Hard to know without picures. I'm trying to think of what this could be? 🤔
But it disappeared? And your penis feels good (no pain)?

Nah, just the normal soreness from working it out. Some glans soreness but I think that’s from hard SSJs yesterday. I will look when I do my workout tomorrow and see if I can get a picture of it

Okey! If it's normal now I think it's normal.
Sometimes I get bad fluid retention in my foreskin, then I stand in the shower and massage my penis for a while, or take a warm soaked towel and massage it. Then it usually subsides faster.

@Bassman44 was it like this?

Vein will increase in size as the penis does
I also had this problem years ago following using the bathmate after a few weeks after pumping for a good 20 min session this vein appears hard and is even tender to the touch. Still happens to this day even years after not doing p.e and only after maybe something like pumping. A regular erection or the start of pumping it is fine. Anything on ehat this may be?

It's hard to assess if it's just passing mentions. It can be expanded vessels over a nerve branch developed from an old thrombosis (thrombophlebitis) that was neglected but resolved on its own. It can even be a bulging vein or varicose vein (also self repaired) that was neglected.

The feeling of higher pulsationg for that area is more sensitive than the rest during and erection doesn't it? Or better description would say, you have a buzzing penis during extreme erection with higher sensitivity when having sex or masturbation? It means the bulge sits over the shallow nerve branch. You can attempt to massage with warm oils and wear compression penis sleeves. It will reduce over time.

It might be an ingrown hair. It might also have to do with the way you shave your pubic hair. Try shaving the hair towards the direction they are facing. This should put a stop to it.

Of it keeps reoccurring, it's possible to be an ingrown hair.

This is true as well, if it only occurs now and then. But for that long of a hardness from ingrown hair ("years after not doing p.e."), ooofffph, that may be quite painful and not irritating. Wouldn't it also has a raises bump like a boil or pimple if it's an ingrown hair?

I've had this problem before and I noticed that, many people mistake the hard lump for a thrombosis vein. I still have a little hardness from the ingrown hair that happened last year. It is very small in size now, extremely small but the scar/mark is still there.

I got mine from pumping and it happened just after few weeks of pumping.

I believe if he can shave his pubic hair towards the direction that the hair are facing, the problem will stop reoccurring.

Bumps under the skin on the penis can also be inflamed hair follicles. I had it on the base for a long time, it suddenly disappeared from nowhere. Now I have something near my glans under the skin in the foreskin.

No this is a vein guys. No lump, and not a ingrown hair this is at the top of the shaft near the gland. I think maybe it needs time to grow. I think when i first started years ago with the bathmate i was using to high of pumping pressure causing this problem. I do not have the problem unless i add so type of jelq where im forcing more blood into the worked penis. This vein is huge and defined it is uncomfortable to touch when it is seen.

Yep, sounds like a bulge vein pressing on a dorsal nerve branch. Massage and compression after the session of pumping will help to reduce it.

Can you switch to using the mityvac in combination with SSJ? Dry pumping is what I recommend. Stop the jelq and switch to SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq).

Let's see if this makes a difference.

The bathmate gave me the biggest of expansion and honestly, I miss that pump. But there is a disadvantage to using the bathmate. It doesn't have a gauge. Without a gauge, you will pump at too high of a pressure and damage your penis.

When I was using the bathmate, I was getting 1 inch of expansion but that comes with sciatica nerve pains after 30 days.

I would have gotten to 7 inches in girth long time ago as far back as 2016. The bathmate stopped this from happening.

The mityvac is a superior pump. MOS endorses only the best products. We are the best in the PE market.

Yea i just try not to jelq as often. I was just wondering what this vein was and if anyone else had dealt with this problem. I do now use the mityvac. Using the 5x5x3 and stretches as im trying to focus on length at the moment.

Yea and thats definitely where i think my problem came from over pumping. I used it about 4 weeks and i was looking nice and thick days later. Then the 4th week or so that vein appeared and never had it before that.

The thrombosis vein problem was very common back in the days which was why @DLD and @Lightning (RIP) came up with the Mityvac. Since the introduction of the mityvac, the thrombosis vein issue has reduced. It's rare to see anyone using the mityvac complain about having a thrombosis vein. The only problem a mityvac user can encounter is ingrown hair and it stops the moment you start shaving the penis hair towards the direction the hair are facing.

Please do the below routine hence brother:

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

I do 4 reps of 1 minute SSJ and it takes me 10 minutes. My routine is:

5 minutes pumping
10 minutes SSJ

10 minutes SSJ

Bathmate users should do 2 days on and 1 day off routine. It's dangerous to pump with the bathmate consistently for 3 to 5 days consistently in my opinion. This is from years of experience. Ask @DLD, I've bought over 4 bathmate hydromax X9 in the past. I wasted so much money.

In my opinion, the bathmate should be used for sex only.

Thanks brother i will try this routine instead will see how this works for me.

I have been using it about 2 months now.

You should be able to pump around 8hg by now or even 10hg. Don't go past 12hg no matter how professional you become. Also, don't let anybody tell you that dry pumping doesn't work.

I'm pumping dry and the gains are amazing. The mityvac bring real tissue expansion with very little to no fluid retention.

Now im now sure if this is right. But does the pressure drop and you have to keep pumping? Say i pump to 8hg it may drop to like 4 or 5 in seconds and i have to pump back up to say 8hg. Is this normal or do i not have a good seal?

It is normal for the pressure to drop after few seconds or a minute. Always pump back to 8hg instantly. That's the secret.

If 8hg is my maximum, I start at 5hg and before 2 minutes is over, I walk my way to 8hg and stay there for the remaining minutes.

It should not be normal. I can be at 10 in.Hg for 5 minutes without the vaccum pressure dropping like @strokeking are saying. Sorry to say it, but if the vaccum pressure can't be kept stable there is a leak in the system.

There is also a factor of volume. If you have a big water trap, like over 2 liter you need to pump a lot in the beginning, in order to get up the vaccum pressure to a reasonable level. But once you are there the vaccum pressure should not drop at all.
If the vaccum pressure drops there is a leak.

We can talk about where this leak can be at. It's probably just something easy. Tightening a fitting or something like that.

From my experience, the vacuum pressure on the pump will not stay at same hg in a 5 minutes period and this has nothing to do with leakage.

I trim the landscaping but my first thought is that hair being moist from the lube doesnt allow for a tight seal. Otherwise i think the fittings are all pretty secure.

If you are a mityvac user, I want you to come to this thread to prove whether I'm wrong or right. Does your pump stay exactly at same hg for a whole 5 minutes period?

Bro, you cannot stay at same hg in a 5 minutes period, there is bound to be some loss in pressure within 5 minutes. Even @DLD won't argue this fact.

This is why you should pump to same pressure after few minutes. Always look at the gauge. Within 5 minutes, you will notice a difference in the hg.

Oh ok well i didnt see a problem with it anyways. I just pumped back up like you said. I was just asking if it was suppose to actually lose pressure or not.

Yes,.you will lose pressure in a 5 minutes period no doubt about that. Just pump back to same pressure you were on before.

I had plenty of bumps that were always ingrown hairs. Once I started to shave all hair I have never had that problem again
