This is my first post in a few years, I am very excited to be back practicing PE. I made some solid gains last time and am hoping to come back and build a monster. I found my routine DLD built me, and I’ve been doing that for a month. I’ve been over on a R3dd1t PE community, but miss the positive support I got from matters of size. I’m happy to be back here and will be posting about my journey.
