Hanging with the silistretcher, anyone have a video link?

Guys I use my silistretcher daily but have never been able to successfully hang with it. Tried three times and seems no way can a sleeve handle 10lbs let alone 15. Does anyone have a video link detailing exactly how it’s done? Thank you greatly. Hope we all out there making gains.
