Hanging routine

Other than the LengthMaster, I have the Hydromax7, Mity Vac, SizeDoctor, vacuum bells with ads belt and a rod extender from MonkeyBar. My goal is to gain anywhere from 1.5 to 2 inches in erect length for 2020 and possibly half an inch in girth

Man your a one stop PE shop LOL well with all this equipment we can put together an SRT routine that will shoot you past the moon to the stars. How much time do you have to dedicate to a routine every day?
 
Lol I guess so ? Sounds good DLD! I usually have around 2 hours of free time to do a routine. 4 on a good day

Am I preaching to the choir? LOL I think the best thing for you is to jump on the SRT bandwagon and start making some growth there. We will have to create a custom routine since you’re hanging but I already have two routines for SRT for hanging in there are many others we can explore. Let me know what you think

IMO, I would go for one, then the other. Girth or length, if you seriously want to gain length, Then focus on that for a while.
Hanging is a game changer. Seriously.
Start with a 5 lb weight, 3sessions,5 min at a time to start.
Week 2 do first session at 5, and 2nd and 3rd, at 7-1/2.
Week 3- 7-1/2 every time.
Week 4- 7-1/2 for the first, and 10, for the 2, and 3.
Work your way up, so you don’t get hurt. Add time for each hang time. 2 or 3 minutes more at a time. You will feel the tension and fatigue. Let that be your guide, safely.
If I was single, I would have one to make DLD jealous !
i travel for work a lot, and away for 2 weeks at a time. That’s when I get my time in.
sometimes it’s 6 months before I can get back”to work”, but a month after I’m back, my wife will notice.

I’m all for anyone beating me! It really makes no difference right now to me as far as I’m concerned but anytime anyone beats me it’s a day to celebrate.
 
I do “standard hanging” I guess. I bought one of the hangers from a previous member here(?), and it works great.
i started out making my own, but after I had reached more that 15 lbs or so, it couldn’t do the job.
My schedule is like this-
After a good 10 minutes with a heating pad, and manual stretching, I start.
6 days at a time, 2 sets in morning, and 3 usually, at night.
10 minutes, first one, using timer in phone, and 15 for following ”reps”.
Begin at 17-1/2 and go up. Now at 22-1/2 lbs maxed out.
When I don’t make time in morning, I do 5 or 6, or until I really feel the fatigue.
sometimes more, sometimes less. Depends o the stretch and fatigue. That’s my gauge.
I hardly ever use my Size Genetics anymore.

Since you’re reaching the state of fatigue I suggest you strap on your SG and allow yourself to passively heal and cement. If the SG is not comfortable you should check out the SiliStretcher. Passive healing is so important to cementing size.

question about passive healing, after doing my PE for the day how long (average) is needed to cement the days gains/heal? I took your advice about using hydrocortisone to speed it up at night as well.

it really depends on length or girth. For length you want to remain in a elongated state as long as you can. For girth do you want to keep your pumped state for about two hours. Hydrocortisone Should be used after you’ve trained for the day. What this does is keep your skin in tiptop shape. It will eradicate redness, itchiness, dry skin, stretch marks and other skin issues.
