Hanging injury

I started PE around April with good gains. 1” gain in bpel and 1” gain in girth. Was using BM in the morning, LM at night and PF sleeping. Started hanging. Was up to 12-1/2lbs and apparently I added weight too fast as I seem to have pulled stomach muscles about a month ago. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you recover, how long did it take and were you ever able to PE again? Thanks

Congratulations to your gains.

Isn’t it what you are experiencing just soreness in your inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament? That's normal when you are new to penis enlargement.

Thanks for your reply and the diagram. I would like to think that’s the case but don’t think so. It feels like a stomach muscle pull and is higher up towards the belly button and spread out. Believe it’s due to increasing the hanging weight too fast. Went from 2-1/2 to 12-1/2 lbs in a month plus all the other PE work at the same time. Now even just using BM seems to make it worse. Tried doing no PE for about 10 days but man PE is like an addiction and hard to stop in all its forms. Anyone with this same experience and some insight would be appreciated.

Take a few days off, upwards of even a week if you feel you need it. Then slowly re-enter the exercise protocol. 12lbs is a lot, a weight that I personally don't use and I'm a daily hanger.
I understand PE being an addiction, I'm investing in more equipment soon and I feel after that PE will be me every thought and action. But PE won't work properly if you are constantly injured, so be careful and rest up.

We try to help.
But personally I'm not a fan of hanging, I promote LENGTHMASTER 3 bundled stretches (stretches with your hands). You have more control, save time, and it's safer. Just 20 min x 2 times/day (+ rest from time to time) can get you to your goal, with the correct program and intensity.

You have direct feedback what is happening in your tissue/penis as well, so the risk of overstretching is minimal, It have never happened to me, and I stretch like I want to remove my penis from my body.

What have happened to you would never happen if you would use LENGTHMASTER 3, because your brain wont let you stretch to hard.

I'm sorry for what have happened to you. I hope you heal up fast. Is it any better?
 
Thanks. I was doing 100 SSJ between LM3 sessions under DLD’s beginner protocol , followed up with hanging for 15 minutes at the end, then wearing phallosan forte while sleeping. Then Bath mate in the shower before work which all seemed to be working great and I was getting really good gains, probably more like 1-1/4 inch in length in about 5 months. just too aggressive with the hanging weight. Been about a month since doing any of those. At a minimum it proves PE works. Looking forward to “getting back on the horse” so to speak. Nice to have this site for information and feedback. Really a blessing.
