I started PE around April with good gains. 1” gain in bpel and 1” gain in girth. Was using BM in the morning, LM at night and PF sleeping. Started hanging. Was up to 12-1/2lbs and apparently I added weight too fast as I seem to have pulled stomach muscles about a month ago. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you recover, how long did it take and were you ever able to PE again? Thanks
