Progress thread Hang in different directions

I am slowly working my way up in weight and wonder if it is recommended to hang in different directions. I WFH, so lots of desk time.

Currently i am doing 15mins straight down, 15 mins with a cord and weights over the back of my chair to pull it straight up, and 15mins with a cord and weights to each side of the chair. Are the different directions kinda pointless or recommended.

I have noticed over the past week that the "stretch" feeling has moved from the skin at the base of my penis to sort of an internal pulling feeling. Assuming that this is a good thing.

I keep hearing the term penis fatigue, but can't really find a good definition. Can somebody explain plz?

When you say hearing the term "penis fatigue" are you verbually talking at a coffee shop with other guys about PE?. Or, is it you are reading about "penis fatigue" I would check threads in the Hanging Around: Penis Enlargement Hanging Forum. I reminder reading about it from some members, From what i understand it's where you hang and the weight becomes unbearable and you ride it out until your 20 minute set is finished.

I recommend using heat throughout your hanging sessions.

Yea i dont quite have any people i would mention penis fatigue to at a coffee shop. I mean i see it on the forum here "ahh i have the dreaded penis fatigue". I wasnt sure if it meant that it hurt, unable to get hard because its tired, or what : )
 
I am using the suction cup. Only been doing PE for about 2 weeks now. Worked up from 1lb to 3lbs and gunna start adding more, but not sure how quickly to start ramping up.

Its taken me a bit of time to get good at getting the perfect suction hold. lol was on a work call the other day and the suction failed and made the weights crash to the floor. My boss was like... WTF was that? Uhhhhh one of the cats knocked something over!

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
