I am slowly working my way up in weight and wonder if it is recommended to hang in different directions. I WFH, so lots of desk time.
Currently i am doing 15mins straight down, 15 mins with a cord and weights over the back of my chair to pull it straight up, and 15mins with a cord and weights to each side of the chair. Are the different directions kinda pointless or recommended.
I have noticed over the past week that the "stretch" feeling has moved from the skin at the base of my penis to sort of an internal pulling feeling. Assuming that this is a good thing.
I keep hearing the term penis fatigue, but can't really find a good definition. Can somebody explain plz?
