Hi guys, I found the forum about a month ago and I started my PE journey 2 weeks ago with some manual stretching and jelqing . I recently received a Bathmate pump and a Silistrecher so my routine is planned as follows:

Morning about 20 min of manual stretching
Silistrecher for 3-6hours
Afternoon: 5 min jelqing x 5 min bathmate x 3 (I think this is referred to 5x5x3 routine).
Then I wear a pennis ring for about 2-4 hours

My starting stats are 6.5" length (16.5cm) when erect and 5" girth (12.5cm).
My short term goal is 7" length (18cm) and 5.5" girth (14cm) and my final goal is 8"x 6"

Wife doesn't know that I'm doing PE so we'll see how that goes :)

Any thoughts on the current routine ? I have time while at works since I'm alone in the office but I would rather rely on the devices doing the heavy lifting, I find manual stretching quite exhausting. Jelqing I find enjoyable. I'm planning to do the routine 5 or 6 days/week and will post on this thread 1week to keep myself accountable. I will probably measure 1/month to see the progress.

I see a lot of people are recommending the lengthmaster, is there any place I can find it available in Europe ?
 
Welcome to MOS brother. You said you are wearing your cock ring for 2 to 4 hours. I hope you are adjusting the cock ring every 5 minutes or every 10 minutes? You need to always adjust the cockring to avoid blood clot.

I recommend you measure only after the first month. After the first month measurement, train consistently for 3 months before measuring.

You can only get the original length master from the MOS shop.

Good routine to start out for the first 30 to 60 days just to prime your penis up for the real higher routines later.

By the way, she will know something changes as you shit deeper and get a bit tighter. Keep us inform of your progress and we'll assist in switching up with your routines. Coach @huge-girth is also here to guide you very closely.

As for the Length Master, it can be shipped to Europe. Not sure the import and handling cost coming into your region. Do contact buymos@gmail.com for the estimation.

Hi...Welcome to Mos... I HIGHLY recommend telling your wife what you are doing. Hiding does not help at all because you will be found out.

Next, does the Bathmate you have possess a gauge? If not, I recommend the MityVac. You can monitor the air pressure.

Lastly, going back to your wife... What is your age and why do you want to go up in size?

I haven't told her yet as I am sure she will try to talk me out of it. Of course we will have the conversation somewhere along the road and if it gets too uncomfortable for her, I will stop. I'm doing it primarily to improve myself and grow my confidence.

I'm 34btw.

Do all you can to.convince her to allow you cement at least 6.25 inches in girth. Do all you can brother. For length, try to cement 8 - 8.25 inches.

Do this for yourself.

Everything went as planned last week. Routine was:
5 min warm-up,
20 min of manual stretching
Then I wear the extender for 3-5 hours
5x5x3 in the evening followed by 30min of wearing the cock ring.

I did the routine 6 days last week.

This week is looking promising in terms of how much time I can dedicate to PE. However, over the next couple of weeks, my time will be quite limited, so I’ll see how things go. I might prioritize girth exercises until I can free-up my time.

Trying to bring in a Lengthmaster soon and a passive sleeve.
 
Get that LengthMaster and put it to work. If you do not have the times do a full workout, the best workout you could use in the meantime is the LengthMaster. You will feel a difference immediately and gains will follow.

Routine at the moment is 4 days on, 1 day off.
5min hot towel warm-up
25min of manual and Lengthmaster stretching.
Around 2 hours/day wearing the extender, I'd love to increase the time but I simply couldn't. There was an entire week when I didn't wear the extender at all.
5X5X3 routine. I've added some Bathmate stretching at the end of the routine.

Your penile tissues may be dominated by the short fiber tissues. Time to crank the intensity up by a degree to weigh in on the second month. If you can, measure the current intensity traction loads you are using both on the LM3 and the extender. Increase the traction load on the LM3 by 1lbs, and increase the extender by 1kg for the first 30 minutes, then reduce to 1.1kg for the 1.5 hours.

The key is not to over stress your short fibers. You will rip them to shred.

It's understandable. PE is not a short term astronautical miracle gains for most. It takes work and dedication to gain. The point is, your penile length and girth are gaining. In due time, it will accelerate on the gains.

As you approach the 3rd month, we'll revisit and see the current results to what needs to be modified.

Very true Brothers need to realize that they need to put time and effort into their way work in order too grow. Too many quit too soon because they become discouraged that their gains aren't instantly coming. You need to get passed that way of thinking and grind your heels into the ground, knowing this is gonna take time. But it's time well invested.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
