I’ve been using the QEP for about 3 months now, I’ve gotten to where I can get the tension past my SFL. Warm up with heat pad then stretch for around 4 hours per day. 2 days ago after stretching the base of my penis and the first inch from base was super sore. Yesterday it was the sorest, no PE (wanted to be safe), and my dick constantly looked fluffed ( more blood Flow I’m guessing?) yesterday and today. No discoloration. Question is, would it be safe to do light pumping / QEP later today? Thanks in advance
 
All of this is normal and expected I pe. Fatigue and soreness happen. Swelling will happen. These things will happen less. All of this are signs of growth

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
