Girth training checkup

Good day dear MOS Bothers,

Its been sometimes since i last did pe ( 2 months lol).

Last year i've gained a little over an inch in bone pressed erect length and girth remained as is sometimes decreasing but its a variation that happens every now and then.

I can say that, now i know how my length gains work, and I can train knowing that i'll get a result, but now its time for girth, sitting at 5,2 erect im shooting for 6.2 in six months or so.

I've started this routine:

Heat ( blow dryer, shower...)

Bundles stretches each side 1min x 1

SSJ 2x2x3 since im just getting started.

1 hour wearing a penis ring, taking it off every 15 min to squeeze and refresh the blood.
My length journey (not finished) was a tricky one, im a hard gainer and i had to come up with routines and tweak existing ones to finally get a results.
So Im asking the experts, what do you recommend at this stage?

No worries, brother. Just consider it as a "decon" or break to reset your tissues. In the entire scheme of PE journey, it's a good thing.

This is a great aim to have. 6.2in is a good starting point to enjoy your relationship's sexual needs in the latter years. But if you're chasing after 6.2in worth of GIRTH, ho ho ho, my brother, your lady will scream instead.

I've started this routine:

Heat ( blow dryer, shower...)

If you're planning to use heat, try the reverse: showever, massages/light stretches, and then heat source (blower, fan, etc).

Bundles stretches each side 1min x 1

For the sides, increase to 5 minutes if you have time. Don't forget down to stress the ligaments, and up to balance the base muscles. Suggestion is to divide up the time, where 2 minutes down, 2 minutes up, and 1 minute down to prevent the ligaments from reaching back to their normal condition.

SSJ 2x2x3 since im just getting started.

Good job in following the newbie restart. We are too hasty with our PE journey that we tend to injure ourselves too quickly.

You can start with 30 minutes, and change up the time to 60 minutes in increments of 5 minutes every week.

Whether you are a hard gainer or fast one, you need to ease in during restarts. After three to four weeks, we'll start back your previous routines. After around two weeks, let us know. Put it all under your Routine and Progress log and we'll go from there. Make sure to emphasize "hard gainer" and we'll switch your routine and exercises differently.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
