But I appreciate your question, it's an important question to be answered. I will do my best to explain. Let's also have a discussion about this.

for the sole purpose of gaining girth (i gain length too easily), would bundling while semi erect but without stretching be enough?
How easy do you gain length? 😆 (just kidding).
Short answer on your question: It would not be enough.

If you want girth gains and not length gains, you should only be focusing on girth work.
Doing bundles with a semi-erected penis would not be effective or fun, you risk hurting yourself.
If you do not have a pump (get one), SSJ's (Slow Squash Jelq's) is the exercise you want to do. A pump will really speed up your gains.

Preferably you want to do this program down below with a wide pump, see (*).
You do not want your penis to smash hard (expand hard) into the cylinder walls, because that will force your penis to start expanding more in length then in girth (your penis have only one way to expand into), so then you would in fact be working on length with a pump. You can view the expansion of your penis like a balloon. When in a pump, you force more expansion so your penis will expand both in girth and length.

From my experiences with Bathmate pumps, I only started to expand more in length when I had maxed out the width/girth of the cylinder. And maxing out the width is a good feeling, but you do not want that if you're working on girth only. You need to expand past your current Erected Girth ( the measurement outside the pump, with some days rest), in order for you to increase your Erected Girth and cement it to be bigger in the future. With repetitions it will happen.

It's a good idea to get a cylinder that is a little too big in diameter, then what you think you would need when your main goal is to increase your girth.
If you are over 5 Inch in EG (Erected Girth) I would suggest that you get a 2.5 Inch wide cylinder (diameter).

thanks for the explanation man. the reason i say it's easy for me to gain length is cuz i intend to stop at 18cm. when i started, my bpel was maybe around 11-12cm, today it's 14cm+. i've been doing slow squash jelq (tried all angles before) & pumping, but they weren't effective as the lower part of my shaft is very stubborn. at this rate, i'll continue to be thickening the upper shaft only while having a thin lower shaft. the only expansion i feel is the pull of upper shaft below the glands, which lead to length gain, & i feel this a lot in bathmate. my erected girth is 2 inch in diameter while my mitivac pump is 2.25 inch in diameter. if i use the 2 inch cylinder, i'll expand onto the wall of the cylinders.

I removed the comfort insert in the beginning and I got insane expansion at the lower part of my penis after a while. It will not be comfortable. Have you tried hydro-pumping with MityVac. I have always felt like with water pumping you can force a lot more expansion, even If you get more fluid retention.

no worries man. i can't proceed with bathmate (xtreme 7, already removed comfort pad) as for some weird reason bathmate really amplify the burn in the slight peyronie area. i can't go full pressure on mitivac cuz of this too. my concerns is also if i go full pressure, will it continue to only amplify the upper shaft, cuz i don't feel any burn in the lower shaft but only my upper shaft (especially the slight peyronie area). i'm trying to stretch my ball sack to even the length of foreskin between both side hoping to solve the slight peyronie, but nothing happened so far. for context, my left shaft is slightly longer cuz the foreskin meet the skin of the scrotum at the lower end compared to the right. if i go wider cylinder for mitivac, i'm gonna suck in my balls at this rate instead of being able to pump higher pressure. hence i'm thinking of bundle stretch but without the stretch. the other alternative i can think of is perhaps buy a tapered (pyramid) cylinder?

there's no point in treatment as the culprint is cuz if you look at the base of my penis, the left foreskin that joins the scrotum sits lower than the right. so the left shaft is longer cuz of this. till i can lengthen the skin on the right, no amount of treatment will work as long as i still wanna pump.

the expansion is all even under pressure. but i feel burn in the upper shaft, not the lower. after exiting the pump, it's always the left side that get worked more. so my lower shaft is underworked already, the right lower side is even more so compared to the left. or else, i don't mind the gator. i dislike the fact that as i increase pressure, only the upper shaft, especially the left, feel the burn only. that's where i got my length gains from, from bathmate initially (hydro), when in fact it was supposed to help me gain even girth. now i only have less than 4cm before i hit 18cm.

a tapered cylinder is where the top part of the cylinder is smaller, giving the cylinder a pyramid look.

like i said, i have no prob gaining length & i have less than 4cm to achieve my desired length. concerns is can i build up enough girth before i hit that length. cuz i don't wanna shoot past 18cm & not gain much girth.

i see. i saw people on R3dd1t said it burns their base when they pump. i only got expansion during pumping, no burn at base, but after pumping, it's only the upper shaft that's getting thicker & longer.

Don't matter if you're living in a warm country, you want to really soften up your tissue with heat and bundled manipulation. This needs to be your warmup if you have problems with expansion. You need to make everything soft before girthwork.

I can't recommend one specific one due to the rules of this forum. But a small one made for cars with high air flow. MOS-RED would be very helpful as well for you. With these kind of wavelength you will get really good benefits as well.

Do this in front of a car interior heater with high airflow, and a tiny whining fan.
You need high heat and airflow in order to penetrate into your penis and inner penis.
MOS RED I only use as a device to heal and grow faster after session (15 minutes).

Not really. You need to be so close to MOSRED in order to get the heat penetration that I'm talking about.

Today did:

Result:: 0.55' expansion witch seems to have water retension as my skin is bigger than usual

Be safe and attempt to cycle on new blood every 10 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes. I hate to suggest 10 minutes because you have your conditions, but I prefer 5 minutes at max. Blood clot tends to form around 10 minutes. For some, it's as early as 2 minutes.

The trick is to keep the windings at optimal tightness.

The reason I am asking and want a direct answer is because If I wear cockring, I can have it for 1 hour and I do massage every 30 mins because of almost numbness but with sleeve ..... I can have it all day without problem.
This is the reason I am asking this question:: FOR GIRTH WORK, after cockring for 1 hour? as many hours as I can? or after 1 hour cockring i can go for sleeve? I am sorry to ask the same question again but I need a direct answer!

After girth work, wear your cock ring for 1 hour that's all. This thing is super easy. Once you take off the cockring, you do not need to wear any penis sleeve.

Only wear a penis sleeve after length work. After girth work, wear the cockring for 1 hour only.

I agree but it's important to implement; Suppressed Restricted Transposition as well, that is: To not compress your penis in your pants to let your penis hang and be elongated/expanded for a longer time.

This is the reason I recommend a penis elongation wrap or sleeve after your girth session is done (after you are finished with the cock ring).

But I agree that we did complicate things.

Don't put on any sleeve after your girth session. Once you finish your girth session, wear your cock ring for 1 hour. It is better to wear a cockring after a girth session and not wrapping a bandage or wearing a penis sleeve.

According to SRT you should prevent the penis from turteling and prevented to be compressed at all times. Wear a cock ring after girth session. Bigger pants are also recommended.

So, when you want length you heal in elongated form for as much as you can and when you want girth you just wear the cockring for as long as you can. This is what I understood, right? You do NOT wear sleeve after Girth routine and cockring. Am I right?

You have to understand that I am very new to this and all this technical analysis confuses me a little bit.
Some brothers are focused just on girth, while others just on length, and some like myself are trying to take an all around approach and do combo of both. You will have to find what works best for you.

From what I have learned from other brothers and personally experienced:

If you are doing any girth work, focus on staying fat and hung with cock ring for at least an hour after. Oldandlively has provided thoughts on the cellular healing process beginning pretty quickly, say within 15 minutes or so after your session. Makes sense! So staying fat and hung with a cock ring and cycling fresh blood in often with nutrients for repair in the first hour is a must.

Healing will continue past the hour mark, and I believe that is where your confusion is coming from. Should you heal with the cock ring on past the hour, take off the ring and wrap or sleeve, hang flacid or...???

My understanding of SRT is that you should remain in the most non restrictive state possible for the longest possible time between sessions for healing and allowing the cellular level to heal with new cells in the gaps you created. This is true for both length and girth. Dont restrict while healing.

At times I personally go a couple hours after girth with a cock ring, no underwear and loose pajamas. Take off the ring every 10-15 minutes and work up an erection to ensure I keep fresh blood moving in and stay elongated and fat versus fat and turtling. After a couple hours, I usually will put back on the sillistretcher for remainder of day or a sleeve to ensure I stay elongated and not turtle. I dont get concerned about the sleeve compressing the girth, the cell damage has been done, and my bodies cell repair work is well on its way.

Remember that your healing at a cellular level, so regardless of whether you switch to a sleeve, keep the cock ring on, or another method of avoiding turtling, the cells are already damaged and repair at the cell level is not going to be impacted as long as you allow the breaks between cells to be filled in and replenished with fresh blood with good cell repair nutrients.
