Girth is the Goal [Stats & Pics]

As the thread title states, my primary goal is to get some solid girth on my dick, ideally 5.5-6". Additional length would be nice - I'd like to hit 7.5" some day - but girth is my true focus here. My routine consists of stretches, jelqing, pumping (BM), and some SRT using SiliRings post pump and jelq, ending with a whole package cockring throughout the day. I'm not necessarily a newbie but I've never taken it seriously in the past, so I decided to finally commit and see what happens.

Today is the end of week one so I figured I'd track my weekly progress here going forward. Note I take these measurements prior to any exercises.

Start - April 3 2020
FL: 3.75"
FG: 3.7"

BPEL: 6.4"
EG: 4.5"


1 Week - April 10 2020
FL: 4"
FG: 4.125"

BPEL: 6.75"
EG: 4.625"


2 Weeks - April 17 2020
FL : 4"
FG: 4.375"

BPEL: 6.8"
G: 4.875"

Good start my friend, realistic goals in sight which can be hit really quickly if you stay committed, beware of early gains with bathmate has may be down to fluid retention but even so its a good start (y)

Thank you! Yea, I realized that early on about fluid retention; Because of it I cap my time in the tube at 10min each set, and added some jelqing and kegels in between.This has helped a LOT with reducing that (what I call) 'bloated' look of fluid retention.
 
Nice work man! I've been doing this PE thing for 2 months and had similar quick gains to you. It really helps to make you a believer in these methods.
 
Girth is what you want 5×5×3 in SRT is where you want to go. There is no faster way to pack on girth.
 
How did it work out for you my brother? I know you’re going to have great results but I want to hear it from you.

Week 2 update. I switched my routine over to 5x5x3 in SRT, here's where I'm at now:

2 Weeks - April 17 2020
FL: 4in
FG: 4.375in

BPEL: 6.8in
G: 4.875in


My flaccid length remained the same as week 1, and my BPEL only increased .1" I had a pretty big jump my first week (and length isn't my true goal) so this is okay with me.

Girth wise, my flaccid and erect girth increased a quarter of an inch, each! Since starting, my erect girth has increased .375" - so for only being 2 weeks in I'm pretty happy.

Slowly but surely.
