As the thread title states, my primary goal is to get some solid girth on my dick, ideally 5.5-6". Additional length would be nice - I'd like to hit 7.5" some day - but girth is my true focus here. My routine consists of stretches, jelqing, pumping (BM), and some SRT using SiliRings post pump and jelq, ending with a whole package cockring throughout the day. I'm not necessarily a newbie but I've never taken it seriously in the past, so I decided to finally commit and see what happens.
Today is the end of week one so I figured I'd track my weekly progress here going forward. Note I take these measurements prior to any exercises.
