I did a session, I tried to pump the maximum but I don't know if it's good or bad

I leave you photos So you can see how much it has grown my penis I know if it is an advantage or not because my penis in flaccid state measures only 3.5 and in erection 4.6

We have to confirm the size of the Cylinder you got. Check the sizing and tell us which of the Cylinder size you have before trying to change it. If you got up to 6 inches of expansion, it means the pump is not too small and you have a large amount of fluid retention because you are yet to adapt to the pump.

You can manage it. As long as you are using it and getting the right amount of expansion, you are good. That pump will take you to 6 inches permanent girth.
