GABA, L-Carnitine, L-Citrulline dosage.

I currently mix 2 grams of each into a drink every morning. My goal is both weight loss and attaining the sexual perks of the supplements. Am I taking the right dosage? I've only been on it 2 days. I ordered from purebulk.com for all three products and I don't see any dosage information on the label they come with.

I ordered from ebay different brand and it says in the label 2g is normal but for max effect take 4g. I've been taking 4g since last friday, was at gym today and felt improvement already.

I'm not sure if it's this stuff... but the two days I've been taking it, my erections have actually been WEAKER... what?
