Hello everyone, i have started my SRT journey, i am currently on week 4. I have been working on a good routine for girth and length. I have decided to do girth and length weeks vs days to see how the outcome differs. I have taken photos before hand, and will do after week 12. If anyone has additional routines you have done during SRT please fill free to post! Also if anyone knows great girth workouts for girth week please chime in!

Hey Boss, do you thing slow squash mixed in with my bathmate routine would be a good session for girth week? Or more?
My Bathmate Routine 10minx2 (100 Slow Jelqs)- Cock Ring until bed time.
If so, how many would you recommend, and where can i find the thread to find out how to do slow squash jelqs. Also, is there any girth workouts i can do with the lengthmaster, my power assist just got in and im excited to get started! @DLD

Hey @DLD i want to get the mityvac also, but looking at the measurements idk if i have it right. My base, when erect is 6in (15cm=150mm) I only see mity vacs from 1.75' (45mm) to 3.5' (89mm). I may just need a better understanding

Hey my brother thanks for the question. You will find the 5×5×3 in the SRT thread. This will teach you exactly how to do the SSJ with the pump. The Lengthmaster is really not for girth but length. You could game some base girth white hanging heavy weight but that’s about all you’ll get from the LM. The Lengthmaster was made to bring length gains so much faster. The 5×5×3 will be your complete workout for girth.

Hey @DLD what is something good to use for staying erect for girth exercises, i use adult entertainment to stay hard for my bathmate sessions but i dont think thats beneficial in the long run, psychological wise.

I like Viagra and what I do is I buy 100 mg tablets and cut them into quarters. 25 mg cost about $.50 and it will benefit your girth Work big-time. My favorite place is All Day Chemist. They have the lowest prices and they always have a buy one get one free special. Plus they also call you on the phone so the customer service is awesome

I believe I have seen scientific literature related with use of Sildenafil and effects on erectile tissue. Will dig up later.

Hey @DLD i looked up "alldaychemist.com" is this the site you are referring to? I looked up Sildenafil and it brought up something called Caverta, does this sound familiar? Any thoughts?

First, could you post the link to bundled stretches for me, i cant find it anymore. Also what does the 5min Bundled consist of?
Secondly, when i start my length exercise do i have to start with expressive stretches or is that already part of the routine?
Lastly, what is better for sleeping and why, the silistrecher or the silisleeve? Good news, got my Mityvac Today! Im so excited about the whole experience!

If you look in the video form there should be a bunch of videos showing these exercises. When I’m done here I’ll go check for you. You should always start every session with bundle stretches but don’t leave out expressive stretches because they bring growth from a completely different place. You can do expressive stretching at any point during your training. As far as sleeping goes I would go with the sleeve to be safest.

Thank you Boss! So i have had a hiccup with my Mityvac, but first i want to say how much im in love with it, the pressure is unbelievable. 10x better than my old BathmateX40. The only problem i have is with the little cup, it doesn't do its job, so i actually dont use that middle cup and even though water gets in the gages it still works perfectly. My question @DLD is when im doing my SSJ routine should i be 100% erect or 60-70%? I know going into the mityvac for the 5min i should be 100% erect correct? But i figure when we squash i shouldn't be all the way hard. Thoughts?

going into the tube you want to be 100% erect and after a few moments you’ll subside to about 90% and you want to do your SSJs between 80 and 90%.

Not the PowerAssist the LengthMaster. With the LM you simply strap in at the extreme base of your penis and stretch from there.
 
Hey @DLD i was looking at a the thread where you mentioned something that you were using skin from your scrotum to get gains on the shaft. In line with turkey neck. Could you explain that a little for me? I too have turkey neck and to know if it is bad or good? And is there a way to go backwards, skin wise.

you’re probably referring to the testicle health massage and stretch which is located in the newbie routine. Basically this exercise transposes skin from the shaft downward towards the scrotum.
 
Would you recommend doing the health massage after your PE journey or during?

At the very end of the day do your testicle health massage and stretch. It’s a nice way to end the day and gain some solid flaccid length. After you do this routine for about 4 to 6 weeks you’re going to see your flaccid hang increase in length and heaviness. .

Since im having the device at my extreme base i cant really hit the angles like i do with mid shaft exercises. I know you recommend 5min of stretching, i just would like to know the angles you do yours in or recommend?

What I deal with is all of the newbie routine stretches and I do them all using the LM. Now as you stretch from the top of your shaft you’re stretching the shaft and the ligament when you’re stretching from the base of the penis you are stretching internal penis. Both types of stretching are necessary to make the best gains possible.

Ok i guess a better question would be, how do i stretch my base behind my cheeks when doing the expressive stretching? If the LM is attached to my base i dont see a way to hit the angles? Or should i not worry about those 3 sets?

Most people leave it between your legs and then stretch upward on your back. But if you’re looking for just an expressive stretch simply connect your LM to the base of your penis and then stretch up out and down. Some people can do it behind the cheeks and some people can’t so do whatever you can do with your Lengthmaster and things you can’t do use your hands.
 
Awesome! Will do, i just found out while in exercise a cool way to stretch the tunica even more while expressed! i put the LM at my base and turn the LM upside down! So the head up my penis is directed towards my navel, and then stretch! You gotta try it and let me know if that is something you would recommend!

That’s what I love about the LM is the fact that it’s so intuitive and there’s so many ways it can be used that will always fall upon new methods. I love the exercise you have created and it’s some thing that I wish other people would do. You Gotta make your tools your tools!

Hell yea i agree 100% I am looking forward to hitting my long term goals faster! Another question Boss, so how do you feel about wearing the sizegenetics during girth week and the cock ring? Me personally, i would rather have just the ring on after 5x5x3, because i feel the penis gets compressed a bit strecthing long ways, also if i were to put on a silisleeve during sleep (girth week), my penis feels compressed. Do you agree that i should leave the sizegenetics and silisleeve for length week or should i use them and im just trippin?
 
You only wanna wear a cock ring after you’ve done a girth routine. As far as length goes you want to remain moderately extended after you have trained for as long as possible. These are both the healing methods of SRT
 
Hey, ive got another one for you, more pertaining to sex. I want to last longer in bed but dont know a good strategy for it. I last about 2-5min every time for years and i want to be able to go the distance or to be able to control my ejaculation with stamina. I cant have a beast between and cant use it ya know? lol Help me sensei!
