+2 sets of 4 DLD Blaster

+1 set of 200 plyometrics between sets
+1 rotary crank between each set.

What is the recommended weight for someone just starting out, and when is a good time to add more weight?
Would a glans ring like this increase length and girth, or more of one or the other? Thanks for sharing this.
I'm probably just gonna start with the 3/4 lb option myself.

I didn't really keep up with my log the last week. I was pretty busy. I do recall getting two newbie routines in.

I did do a newbie stretching routine
+A stretches 4 sets
+ DLD Blaster 4 sets
+ Rotary Cranks 4 sets
+bundled warm ups warm downs
+Testicle Massage/Lig stretches

900 Jelks

400 kegels.

I've decided perhaps I should put some space between my length and girth routines instead of doing them both in the same training session. I think I'm going to do the length ones in the mornings and girth before bed. To save time, sometimes I'm at it for almost 2 hours before I'm done.
And sometimes by the time I get to the girth section I'm two worked out to get an erection anyway. But that's likely cause of the stuff I added to the routine. Will continue to experiment.

Had to do a slightly less long one today because of time constraints.

I'm just kinda playing around and seeing what my dick can handle as far as length and girth combo workouts. And seeing how long it takes me to do this. Today's session lasted about an hour. I'm gonna wear the durasleeve for a little while and then where my sillisleeve the rest of the day.

Just read every post and man this has motivated me!!
I am able to spare 45 mins in work everyday and I think I could get my stretching in then.

How long were the 1000 jelqs taking you? I think I will start off with how you started off.
Stretching and 200 or so jelqs for an initial 4 weeks.

I will get a log up myself!

Yo bro! Glad it inspired you. I like to do them in 3 sets of 100, which don't take too long. maybe about 10 minutes per set. depending on how long you take to do a jelq.

Still pretty sore. lots of kegals throughout the day. At this point they're becoming almost automatic. Also had some marathon playtime with my partner. I'm sure that helped.

Gonna do the bathmate and duraring for the rest of the evening.
 
So, I've actually managed to keep my routine going once a day, I'm feeling pretty good about it.
I figured you can use the bathmate outside of the bath, and actually not make a mess. So that's been good. Now I don't have to take hour ish long showers everytime I do the routine. LOLOL.

I'm glad to see the forum is back up @DLD.

The Routine that I'm now working with consistently is Newbie stretching routine,
+ A Stretch 2 sets of 4
+DLD Blasters 2 sets of 4
+ 2 sets of 100 plyometrics
+ 3 sets of 300 jelqs
+ 20 minutes of bathmate
+ duraring 1hr
+ Warmdown.

Gonna buy some new sleeves, and experiment in getting one with a tighter girth then I got last time. I noticed my head would recede into tube within a few hours.
