I wore the sillisleeve all night at work.
When I got home I did the newbie stretching routine, Tunica Blasters, DLD Blasters and plyometrics. 4 sets each. Rotary stretches between each set.
Sill-sleeve over night.
 
I freaking love this workout and I already know it’s producing gains. With some fine tuning had a bit of tweaking I could actually incorporate much of this into SRT. But what I’m very pleased with is the fact that you are using the SRT methodology

I'm definitely noticing a difference. Looking forward to filling up that bathmate when it's all said and done.

You’re definitely going to see great growth and I’m definitely going to write a SRT routine centered around plyometrics.

Didn't have the time for the bathmate.

Before I work I got a newbie routine in. I didn't have the time for a full workout like I usually do.
I wore the sleeve during work.

When I got home I did a second newbie routine in the shower along with the newbie bathmate routine. Wearing the duraring for a while, before bed.
 
I love the consistency my brother! Keep up the good work and you’re going to see amazing things in your future

I got laid this morning. Did the stretching part of the newbie routine during the shower. +4 a stretches + rotary stretches inbetween.
wasn't able to do girth work this time. no juice. lol.
will do girth work this evening.

Early AM Showered Newbie Bathmate Routine.
2 sets of 400 jelqs
4 sets of 2 A stretches
4 sets of DLD Blasters
4 sets of 100 ploymetrics
Rotary Stretches between sets.

Wearing the duraring before and bed and sillisleeve overnight.

I got a newbie stretching routine in the am. before I went to work.
After I got home I had a very long stretching session that incorporated the newbie routine
+600 plyometrics
+4 sets of 4 A stretches
+4 sets of Tunica Blasters
+4 sets of DLD Blasters
+ Rotary stretches between each set
+bundled warm up/cool down

Newbie Bathmate Routine:

Duraring for 30 minutes.

Keegals

Sillisleeve during sleep.

I took a few days off. Been a bit busy and sore. lol.
I did some length work before bed. Was a bit tired to do the girth work.
Getting back on the rhythm again.

Lots of edging today. It's real hot. And there's not a lot else to do do in this heat. lol.

I really love this routine I think you’re going to do very well using this. Do you know that I love plyometrics and I invented them shit 15 years ago and no one ever use them. They are extremely effective but they went under the wire and forgotten about. I’m very pleased that you’re using plyometrics and see the benefits in it.

+ 100 plyometrics to the left and right. 4 sets.
+ 2 sets of 4 DLD BLASTERS
+ 2 sets of 4 A stretches
+ Rotary Stretches between and a set of 100 plyometrics to the left and right
+ testicle/lig stretch/massage

3 sets of 300 jelqs.

500 kegels

Bathmate Super Stretchers.
10 minutes of bathmate, 100 plyometrics left and right. x2

I like them. They can make great in between set actions like the rotary stretches. Also I find they also tend to trigger an erection so are useful when resetting the bathmate in the shower.
 
@DLD I have a question about the silli sleeve. Are you supposed to put them on while you're erect, or just outstretched? Also, when I wear them my head tends to turtle through the lip regardless of how I position it or how much baby powder I use.
