I got home from my gig, at about 1:00 am and did the newbie routine, along with the bathmate newbie routine while in the shower.
excellent to know you have put in so much work! If you get tired it’s time to take a break. Nothing can be more frustrating than trying to keep focused while you’re tired.Today I got two sessions in.
I got one in around 2:00 pm. The usually showered newbie/bathmate combo. I wore the sillisleeve the entire day.
After work, at about 3:00 am I did an extensive stretching session that I normally when I don't do the routine in the shower. I passed on the bathmate the second time simply due to it being really late and my being tired.

Before I went to bed last night I did about an hour of jelqs and erect stretches. Alternating every 5 minutes.
I'll keep you posted on the plyometric results. It just seemed like a good idea to add them after I watched the videos.

I did a bathmate newbie sessin before bed, wore the durasleeve and edged for about an hour this morning before bed. I'm noticing a lot of expansion today that I didn't have two days ago.

I slept a long time.
I did the newbie stretching routine, along with 3 sets of plyometrics, and 20 minutes of A-stretch and Tunica Blasters.
300 sets of jelqs
Bathmate 3x for 10 minutes. with super stretchers.
Edged for and hour or so
Put on the sillisleeve and went to bed.
